How to use

Kids tend to favour the honey while adults favour the elixirs but you can take both or either interchangeably if you like.

I was a bit unsure at first because I hadn't really tried this for cold and flu before or even when I feel run down but it's worked so well! my kids really love the honey too, they eat it straight off the spoon and I do too. I also love the tea and elixirs too I'll be telling everyone about this. I used to just use panadol and kids panadol but i feel so much better knowing im not giving them that sort of stuff anymore!
