I used the Elderberry Honey recently when I had a sore throat head and chest cold. I had it several times through the day over a few days and it really helped me.

I've bought this twice hoping it helps with my grandchild's cold & runny nose. She sure loves the taste & asks for more. If I had her every day I could possibly notice, it's helping her. But the little I do see her I think it does because by the afternoon there is slight improvement.

If I could advise any new mum of one product that is the best, it is this for your babies nappy changes. My baby had a rash, even though I was using a tallow/zinc cream for every change. This is the only cream that helped heal and keep him happy.
