How to Use Your Heart Ritual Bundle

This ritual is designed to soften you back into your body, open the heart space, and nourish both your inner and outer world. Use it as a full ceremony… or weave the balm into your day whenever your skin or heart needs support.

1. Prepare Your Heart-Opening Cacao

You’ll need:

• 20–40g ceremonial cacao (20g for meditation or beginner / 30g focus productivity / 40g ceremonial). Always start slow, do your own research and most of all listen to your own body
• Cup of hot water or your favourite milk (or a combination)
• Optional: Chilli or cayenne is great to add the heat to activate and a pinch of quality salt 
• Add optional sweetener or spices, we've included schisandra berries and rose but you can also use things like vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, maple, goji berries, medicinal mushrooms. There is no right or wrong, have fun and follow what feels nourishing.

To prepare:

1. Gently chop or grate your cacao and infuse with your intentions
2. Combine cacao and liquid in a saucepan stirring slowly and mindfully with milk and/or water as well as any sweeteners and spices as mentioned above. Just before it comes to a boil, blend for 10-15sec to make it super creamy.
3. Pour into your favourite cup
4. Hold your cup close to your heart space. Take three deep breaths. Feel its warmth. Offer gratitude to the land, the plant, and your own beautiful journey.
5. Sip slowly. Let each mouthful anchor you into calm, connection, and presence.

2. Apply Your Rose & Schisandra Balm

Once your body feels warm and settled:

1. Take a small amount of balm into your palms.
   
2. Warm it between your hands until it melts.
   
3. Gently massage into your face, neck, chest, or anywhere that feels tender or in need of care.
   
4. As you apply, Move slowly. Breathe deeply and let the scent of rose soften your nervous system.
   

3. Create Space for Reflection or Stillness

– Journal on a prompt such as:

“What does my heart need today?”

“Where can I soften more?”

“What am I ready to release?”

or

– Sit in silence

– Move intuitively

– Lay down and breathe

– Or simply continue your day feeling nourished and more connected to yourself.

Daily Use Option
